Atomic Attends PICCA 2
October is a busy month in the world of animation. Mipcom kicked everything off, followed by The Ottawa International Film Festival and finally Picca. Picca is now in it's second year and has grown substantially from the first version. Picca is a comic and animation festival that takes place in Manila, Philippines each October. Atomic Cartoons will be attending to do a few talks and workshops. Should be a great event, join us if you are in the Philippines!
